By accessing or using ChurchSpace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Use of Service
ChurchSpace provides a platform for churches to connect with their congregations. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse our service or access it in any unauthorized way.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@getchurchspace.com.
4. Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant ChurchSpace a license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
5. Billing & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
ChurchSpace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChurchSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
